Our team has proven policies and procedures to manage simultaneous JOC / SABER and large construction projects at numerous locations.  These policies and procedures have ensured a 98% on-time performance record for all SIGNATURE completed projects.

Many of our clients have used phrases such as responsive, quality and integrity, superior project management, desire to satisfy, spirit of cooperation, and on time and under budget to describe CCC’s efforts. Each member of the CCC team has built their respective business and reputation on quality, integrity and demonstrated performance.

Highly proficient at building and maintaining cohesive and productive teams through a fair and empowering management style, adding personal creativity and energy to all projects, ensuring highest levels of coordination and cooperation with clients, vendors, and employees.

At Cinnamon Creek Construction, our word is our bond; we do what we say we will do. We maintain positive relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and employees by treating each person the way we want to be treated. There are never any surprises during our projects as we maintain positive and open communication.

A project is only successful when everyone—owner, architect, contractors, subcontractors—are successful. We recognize that great things happen when our entire team comes together with a unified goal. We know that our projects are only as successful as our team.

Each project has its own unique challenges. We thrive on those challenges and view them as opportunities to grow. Though we strive for perfection, sometimes mistakes occur. Rather than running from them, we admit them and learn from them. As we seek for perfection, we gladly welcome feedback so that we may be constantly learning and improving.
